This training is available both through Access to Work and funded by companies. Training is adapted to each company and its situation. A full consultation is conducted before training is delivered and included in the cost.

HOW DOES TRAINING BENEFIT COMPANIES AND EMPLOYEES?

Research shows that staff who receive regular training feel empowered and confident in their work, and are more productive and loyal. (Christos and Pitelis, 2014)
Training also reduces possible grievances and improves a company's reputation through better dealings with the public.
Furthermore, it is also likely to help increase the retention of disabled staff as they feel included and valued in the company, reducing skill loss and hiring costs.
HOW TO ACCESS TRAINING?

Training can be provided through access to work funding related to an individual worker or commissioned privately by the company as a stand-alone service.
